Science

OLSCC has two science laboratories designed for the purpose of teaching and demonstrating science across both Middle Years and Senior Years Science. These laboratories are equipped with a variety of labware and equipment intended to enhance student learning outcomes, including microscopes, data loggers, water monitoring probes and STELR kits. The laboratories are managed by our school Laboratory Assistant in coordination with our science teachers to ensure a safe learning environment for students. Students are offered Physics, Chemisty, Biology and Agricultural Studies in Year 11 and 12. Students can also choose Agricultural Studies as an elective subject in Year 9 and 10.
