1 to 1 Laptop Program
In 2019, Our Lady of the Southern Cross College rolled out its 1 to 1 Laptop Computer Program for all students in Years 7 to 12. In 2021, this was further enhanced by the roll out of in-class 1 to 1 laptops for students in Years 5 and 6. It's about recreating the way we work and think to enhance the curriculum for the benefit of our students learning. We are developing 21st century learners with 21st century skills. To this end, we have installed interactive whiteboard panels in classrooms which can connect with the laptop devices. A new digital Learning Management System (LMS) CANVAS is in place which will allow students 24/7 access to their subjects.
