- Birth Certificate (Mandatory - please upload original document)
- Immunisation Record (including 4 year injections)
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport & Visa Documents - originals (if applicable)
- Court Orders / Protection Orders (if applicable)
- Specialist Reports eg Paediatrician (if applicable)

- Student Profile report outlining behaviour (from One School App – from Education Queensland schools) – Years 1 - 12

Years 3 – 4

- NAPLAN (Yr 3)
Years 5 - 12
- A handwritten letter (by child/ren) to Mr Cuskelly, outlining the reasons why they would like to attend the College and what they can contribute to the College

- NAPLAN (Year 3, 5, 7 & 9)

On return of these documents, our College Principal, Peter Cuskelly requests that you make an appointment for a formal interview with a member of the College Leadership Team for you and your child/ren to discuss their needs and what the College can offer. After the interview process has been completed for all applicants, letters of offer and enrolment contracts will be sent out to successful applicants.
A non-refundable enrolment acceptance fee of $255.00/child is payable when returning the Enrolment Contract. From this fee, $200.00 will be credited to your first invoice for tuition fees and the remaining $50.00 is for enrolment administration.
