Parmesan Popcorn
150g Popping Corn
90ml Rice Bran Oil
30g Grated Parmesan
In a heavy based pot, heat the oil and popcorn on medium heat. Place lid on top and let the corn pop until popping stops. Immediately remove from heat and toss through the Parmesan. Will keep for three days in an airtight container.
